Website design for counsellors

Most people arrive already unsure. They want to know whether you might be the right person, what a session costs, and whether they can say that in a message. Before the site does anything else, it needs to make that first step feel possible.

What the page needs to hold

A counselling website does not need to say everything. It does need a few things in plain language: who you work with, how you work, where you see people, and whether sessions are in person, online, or both. Fees, membership and a way to enquire belong there too, where someone can find them without hunting.

You do not have to arrive with finished wording. I can help you write it, particularly the part about how you work, which is where many counsellors get stuck.

One page, or more than one

A bespoke one-page website starts at £250. That is a single page for the practice: you, the work, the practical details, and how to get in touch. An enquiry form is £50 if you want one. Further pages are quoted individually. I’ll tell you the cost of anything extra before it is added.

Designed from inside the work

I’m Rebecca Shore, MBACP, an integrative counsellor, and I still practise. Eunoia Web Studio is separate from my counselling practice, Eunoia Therapy. I’m based in North Yorkshire and I work remotely with counsellors throughout England and the wider UK. I don’t have offices in other towns, and I won’t write your site as if I do.
